VMA Plus Standard:
$45 per month - $25 per month under age 40

$75 per month
All the Benefits of Standard Program PLUS:
• Annual nutrition and fitness consultations conducted in person
• One month of free meal planning service tailored specifically to your health needs
• Twice as many secure emails with your doctor each year (12 consultations per year)
Benefits & FAQ
What happens if I do not join the membership practice?
Your doctor is encouraging everyone to join the membership model as he/she believes this is the best way to promote a healthier you. If you do not join, you can continue to see providers at Virginia Medical Alliance and the practice/providers will not discriminate against you. Your doctor believes in the benefits of the membership plan and is asking everyone to join.
How are payments made?
VMA Plus, a subsidiary of Virginia Medial Alliance, is accepting payments by credit card as regular monthly installments or an up-front yearly payment. Your membership will be automatically renewed with your doctor on a yearly basis unless the membership is cancelled. VMA is also accepting payment by check or debit card.
What happens if I cancel?
If you are not completely satisfied or if you need to change doctors, you can cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. Pre-paid fees will be reimbursed to you prorated for the unused service starting at the beginning of the next month.
Will my membership fee increase?
VMA Plus is offering very low membership pricing for exceptional service currently to our existing patients. The cost of membership may increase over time so please join now and start enjoying the benefits.
Am I able to use my Flexible Spending Account or HSA to pay for VMA Plus?
Please consult with your plan administrator to confirm, as some VMA Plus members can use their FSA or HSA to pay for the membership.
Does VMA Plus replace my health insurance or Medicare?
No. VMA Plus is a membership program that is offering services that are non-covered benefits of your health insurance plan or Medicare. VMA Plus only covers those services and benefits. Your doctor will continue to bill you and/or your insurance or Medicare for any covered professional services provided.
